Now the founder of Leader Transcend LLC, a company dedicated to leadership transformation, and Allenef Ventures LLC, a venture fund for startups, Fenella is a seasoned expert in scaling businesses to extraordinary heights. She also leads Branalle International Group, a real estate brokerage, development, and investment firm. Fenella serves as a CEO and business consultant at Reliance Star, advising both private and government sectors in fintech.

With over two decades of experience living in the U.S. and being born and raised in Southeast Asia, Fenella is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and Hokkien. Her deep understanding of both Chinese and American cultures allows her to navigate the complexities of cross-border markets with ease.
